BBMP issues notices to notices to Kamat Yatri Nivas, Lakshmipadmanabha Kalyana Mantapa

BBMP’s Public Health Committee President, K N Geeta Shashikumar visited hotels and Kalyana Mantapas in Sheshadripuram, Shivananda Circle and Kumara Krupa areas and inspected them.

She gave orders to issue notices to Kamat Yatri Nivas Hotel and Lakshmipadmanabha Kalyana Mantapa owners on the grounds of not maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

She said that it was very important for hotels and marriage halls to maintain good hygiene and to provide customers with hot water, especially in the rainy season as it is prone to contagious diseases. She cautioned the owners that strict disciplinary measures would be undertaken for failure to do so.

  1. Kamath yatri nivas is an average hotel and they are unable to handle large functions. Poor management. Food is not up to the mark.
